Sunday, 10/16/11, began with a Cessna 172 single engine plane ride over Kosciusko courtesy of Allen Ross!
Kevin, Emi and Jim got a birds eye view of the Natchez Trace Parkway and Oprah Winfrey's childhood church (as well as the restaurant they visited the night before and the house Allen grew up in).
The half hour flight was the perfect warm-up for the day ahead. Again - THANK YOU ALLEN!!!
Back to business - Wounded Warrior business! Another beautiful day in Mississippi. The sky was cloudless and the day was warm, very warm.
The duo biked 79 miles today from Kosciusko to Clinton, MS (just outside of Jackson).
On the way they rode alongside of the Ross R. Barnett Reservoir - I'm sure this looked like one gigantic swimming pool on such a warm day!
Remember, Monday a new team member lands in Jackson!
